NOTE:  New customers boarding during
holiday or peak season must pay a three day
non refundable (14 days out) deposit to hold a
kennel.

Current Boarding rates:
effective 7/1/08 all rates will increase
DOGS:
$18  a day - bring your own food
$12 each additional dog in same kennel

CATS:        
$8 a day - bring your own food

ANY PART OF A DAY CONSTITUTES A FULL DAY

NorAust requires all dogs to be current on Rabies,
Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella vaccines.  We also
require all guests to be on current heartworm
medication and flea/tick prevention.  Written proof from
your veterinarian is required.

NorAust operates on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis for all
business.  Please contact us to arrange your visit.

Saturday by appointment only 8:00AM-10:00AM
Sunday by appointment only at 7PM
(not available all Sundays -
beginning 9/7 CLOSED on Sundays  Pickups by Noon on
Monday will not be charged for that day)

Other Boarding Items:

  • Due to the increased cleaning required by intact (non
    castrated) male dogs over 6 months of age will be charged
    an extra $3 per day.

  • Any dog that is not house trained or puppies under 6 months
    of age, additional $3 per day charge.

  • Bitches in any stage of heat are NOT accepted at boarding. If
    your bitch comes into heat while at the kennel you will be
    called and asked to pick up your pet.

  • Any part of a day constitutes a full day.  Rates are PER DAY.

  • Please do not bring LARGE beds to the kennel.  Any linens
    that your pet soils that requires laundering will be charged
    an additional $5.00 per wash.

  • NorAust does NOT accept any items that need refrigeration
    except for medicine.  Please do not bring cheese, carrots,
    etc. for your pets.  

  • No outside feed dishes accepted.

  • Canned, wet or moist food that is not eaten immediately by
    your pet will be thrown away after 30 minutes.

  • Your pet MUST be on flea and tick prevention.
